  1. heat your wok over a medium high heat and add the groundnut oil
  2. when it’s nearly smoking, add the onion and fry for a minute or so, until the onion is turning translucent
  3. add the garlic and fry for around 10 seconds
  4. push the garlic and onion to the side of the wok and add the pork mince, frying it for around 2 minutes, until it starts to brown
  5. add the kimchi, kimchi juice, gochujang, sugar and soy sauce, season with black pepper and fry all together with the pork mince, onion and garlic for around 2-3 minutes
  6. add the rice and stir-fry for a further 2 minutes
  7. add the spring onion whites and the sesame oil and fry for a further 2 minutes
  8. in a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and lightly fry your eggs
  9. serve the fried rice in a bowl, garnished with sesame seeds and the spring onion greens, and topped with a fried egg
